Physical damage, water & Electrical short circuit would not cover the warranty, only Manufacturers issue will be entertain for Seller Warranty. If there would be any Octroi charge buyer have to pay this .

(1). Plz do not remove the seal/sticker which is stuck on the phone during the warranty period otherwise we will not provide any kind of service or help.

(2). Please do not remove the front and back side of film before 7 days                                                                                                                              
(3). Company Service center will not entertain due to purchasing/importing of outside of India. That's way it has 7 days Seller Warranty only.  

(4). If find any software issue, please send back for repare. Buyer has to bear the sending & returning courier charges.

(5). Due to imported phone & accessories, pl do not compare with Indian phone & accessories and Some functions/apps/up-gradation may be not work in India because company makes the model according to different-2 countries.

 (6). The above product is imported original & comes with all the accessories included, Charger may be in foreign pin type & few applications in the phone may be in foreign language.

 (7). Hanging & heating is based on the usage, so reefunddd or reeplacmentt will not be provided in such cases.

(8). If you want to try to update it, you can do but your own risk. If phone dead or does not work while updating or any reason by buyer, it will not be reeeplacedd/reeefundedd by seller, buyer will responsible for that condition.

(9). While using the phone, if the phone Burnt, Broken or Water damaged by buyer. It will not be reeplacedd/reefundedd by seller. Buyer will responsible for that condition.

 (10). If packing is open/damage or any other condition while receiving the product, please open & check the product in front of delivery boy during receiving. If find defective product, must be reported immediately/mention on Courier DRS. This kind of product to be returned for reeplacementt/reefundd must be send back within 2days of receiving. After 2 days, it will not be reeplacedd/reefundedd. Reefundd for defective product is only given if we are enable to provide the reeplacementt to buyer.

(11). After receiving the product, if you find any kind of physical damage, seller is not responsible for that condition.
